ABC Selfcare Activities

Have you heard about ABC Date Ideas? The concept is simple and fun - couples plan a date inspired by a different letter of the alphabet, starting with 'A' and working their way through to 'Z.'

But what if you applied that same concept to yourself? Whether you’re single or not, self-care deserves the same priority you give to time spent with others. It’s not just about treating yourself occasionally - it’s about consistently nurturing your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

How do you start?

First, grab some small pieces of paper and write down one self-care idea for each letter of the alphabet. For example, "A" could be for aromatherapy, "B" for a bubble bath, and so on. Fold each piece of paper and place them all in a jar.

Next, choose a specific day or time each week, whether it’s a quiet evening, a Sunday morning (whenever works best for you) to pull a piece of paper from the jar. Let the self-care moment begin!

The key is to stick to a manageable routine. Small, simple ideas that take around 1 hour tend to work best. This way, you're regularly making time for yourself without overwhelming your schedule. Keep it fun and look forward to each new self-care moment!
