You probably spent most of the time dancing to your favourite bands, hanging with friends and not sleeping all that much. This is the time to snuggle up into a bed with fresh, clean sheets and get some serious shut-eye. While you’re sleeping your body will regenerate itself and you are bound to feel fresh refreshed and reinvigorated when you wake up.
