Fresh water will help your organs, like your kidneys and liver, with the natural detoxing process and you will see this reflected in your skin. Get some beauty sleep

Splendour in the Grass with its loud tunes and packed crowds can be an assault on the senses if ever there was one. You probably spent most of the time dancing to your favourite bands, hanging with friends and not sleeping all that much. This is the time to snuggle up into a bed with fresh, clean sheets and get some serious shut-eye. While you’re sleeping your body will regenerate itself and you are bound to feel fresh refreshed and reinvigorated when you wake up.
